How long will it take to receive my order?


      Our displays, fixtures and point-of-purchase options are custom-made just for you. They are designed and manufactured in our Midwest facility and production times vary based on the size and specifications of the order. Most prototypes can be completed in a couple of weeks and some projects are completed in as little as a few weeks following prototype approval. We also offer Already Engineered Solutions, or semi-custom options, that can take significantly less time to produce, but provide a custom look.




Do you have in-stock displays?


      Yes, we do have displays and fixtures available in-stock, however, availability can vary. If you are working under a tight deadline, we can work with you to determine the best way to receive your display as quickly as possible.




I have an existing display, but my vendor is too expensive and the customer service is poor. How does UPC compare?


      Customer service is our #1 priority and has been for over 40 years. We offer a free project review that provides options for unique, cost-effective display solutions to meet your time and budget parameters. We can use your existing design or utilize our expert design services to enhance or change your current display.




What are your minimum order requirements?


      Order minimums depend on the type of display, but a typical minimum production run is approximately 25 units.




How can your display help sell my product?


      We take the time to understand all aspects of your product, the marketplace and your competitors so that we can ensure your display will be eye-catching and stand out from the competition. By conducting this valuable market research, you can rest assured that our experienced professionals will design and manufacture a display to meet your specific sales goals. In addition, we understand and comply with all retail store display requirements so that you don’t have to.




Can you ship a display that is already assembled?


      Yes! At your request, we can design, manufacture and assemble before shipping your custom display to one or multiple locations.




I need a display but have a small budget. Can you help?


      We strive to provide our customers with cost-effective display solutions to meet any budget. Options such as value engineering and already engineered solutions can be less expensive alternatives to custom displays.




Do you have USA Made products?


      All of our design, engineering and manufacturing services reside in our 120,000 square foot facility in the Midwest, the heart of the USA. Our exclusive line of Adaptables™, an already engineered solution, is entirely made in the USA.




Do you offer solutions for specific shipping and/or packaging requirements?


      Our meticulous shipping and warehousing team specializes in packaging, shipping and warehousing options specific to your needs. We can accommodate virtually any special shipping or packaging request with accuracy to meet your budget and timeframe requirements.
